Lid issues
This grinder actually has awesome grinding power but the lid is not stable and the grind button is made of cheap material.The button end of the lid kept losing its connection to the grinder and popping up.When I hold the lid down the powdery particles of the seeds are blowing out in that area.Its an inexpensive product, I love the grind power but honestly the lid shouldn't pop up and the powder shouldn't blow out of that faulty area while grinding.

Huge container and looks great
Best coffee/spice grinder I've ever bought. No mess when opening and emptying and does 5 or 6 days worth of coffee for one person. I never thought I'd say a kitchen appliance is attractive but this one actually looks great and functions exceptionally well. I hope it lasts me forever.

Smoked when using, & screws in basin collect food
UPDATE 1/2024Today when I was doing my usual coffee bean grinding--somethibg I've done for years with other grinders--the grinder started smoking. I'm guessing it would be unwise to continue using this, so a few months of this working is definitely not worth it. I still have higher quality grinders I have used for spices and coffee, and those grinders are still working well. I only got this one because I wanted a third one to not have to clean it out every time in between grindings. In this case cheaper was a poor choice.EARLIER UPDATE: This is sub par for me. Grinding was fine, but the contents were quite warm afterwards compared to other grinders I've owned. I found the ease of cleaning to be not so on the easy side. The design has nooks where ground food can collect, including deep cross screws which means food collects there. I do not plan to buy this again and would suggest paying just a few dollars more for a much more satisfying product.
