Banana Bros OTTO Electric Herb Grinder with Cone Filler & Case, Gold

Works as advertised, so what it cost more. I like the look and it works, so it’s worth it. Sometimes I have to plug it in to turn it on and I seen others say the same so that’s something hopefully these “Banana Hoe’s” fix that problem. “Tip’s” on not how to hate this product. #1-keep it clean (I clean it after every 2 sessions of 10cones each sesh) #2-don’t slam it like an animal when packing the cone (others complained it’s cheap.smh) #3-don’t pack a whole “O” and other things in your case and maybe your zipper wouldn’t break off when you close it like a moron (others complained the zip rips off) close it like a normal person and follow other steps and you’ll be good. Yup it cost more than others that do the same thing but so does a Benz you know what I’m getting at So it’s a good product, shout out to Banana Hoes!

This is my third review. I've had it for Less Than 3 months and it stopped working. It makes a loud winding slash screeching noise and does not move the grinding mechanism. I'm still well within the one-year warranty. But outside of the one month return. Amazon told me to contact banana Bros through amazon. I contacted them and they wanted a picture of my device which I posted. From that point on I've never heard from them. Very very sad customer service. Amazon had to step in and make it right. Would still cost me a restocking fee but at least I'm not down 160 bucks in total. When the machine was working it was the best automatic grinder I found. But for 160 bucks in the last Less Than 3 months that's ridiculous. Far from the best. So do not buy! I needed this grinder because I had hand surgery. The first one I purchased constantly shut off for no reason. I found out that the rod was that long enough to fully close the limit switch so the grinder knows it's closed. Clearly if all the unit so I returned it. My new grinder works much better but still has its issues. The stuff I'm grinding up is usually a little bit dense. I'll put a nickel size bud in the grinder and there's times the unit cannot handle it. It will try for a bit and then shut off. You either have to wait a minute or two to turn back on or plug in the power cord real quick and unplug it and then you can finish grinding that piece. There's times I put two of them in there and it works fine. They definitely need a bigger battery and probably a stronger motor. And it uses a micro usb to charge. It should definitely be a type-c. I lowered it to three stars because the batteries charge is getting worse.

This product is totally worth the money. The quality of the grind is awesome and continues an even burn. Cleaning is just as simple and the size is amazing so I can carry it anywhere I go. It does have a bit of a cheap feeling but one out of 10 I would definitely give it a solid 9.

It’s a great grinding device but it’s not worth it just buy a normal grinder!

First off, I like the case, makes it easy to stash and carry. Second, I love the C3PO gold treatment! But most important, this thing works! Just do a light clean up now and then with an alcohol wipe and it's good to go!

I have bought two of these. the first I bought 2 years ago, and worked fine for exactly a year. I used it non stop, and know how to use this product obviously. I also cleaned it after every use. as one can imagine, you can see the residue from the product after even one small use, but I cleaned it daily. there were no particles stuck, and I know how the machine works and what metal pieces need to be touching for the product to function properly. after the fist one stopped working, I bought a second one, since I loved it so much. the second one never worked, from the very beginning. Because I knew it had a one year manufacturer's warranty, I took my time in reaching out. Again, the product NEVER worked. Finally, when I reach out, the rep was condescending and rude. He kept highlighting that I had to clean it better, and would not listen to me when I said I literally spent hours cleaning the machine, multiple times. Unless they had a spray or recommended alcohol etc to get rid of the residue, the machine was as clean as it was going to get. I even tried to level with him and say "with all due respect...i've cleaned this so many times and it seems like you're not hearing me," and he repeated the phrase back and copy pasted. I will NEVER buy from them again due to this terrible experience. Not how you talk to clients who spent almost $400 on your products. again, I bought TWO. Thank God Amazon took care of me

Amazon can really be a scummy, garbage company sometimes. Came with magnet not working and gunk in it from some other person’s use. Returned. If one suddenly appears back in stock I don’t recommend you buy it. Truly disappointing, disgusting experience.

Not worth the money. Would be better if the cone holder did more than just one size. I prefer Raw lean cones which do not fit
