They help me with that nagging drip you can get from common colds and hay fever while soothing my throat. The drop also aids the nasal congestion that frequently accompanies respiratory illnesses. There are some of these in my purse, at my desk and on my night stand so I have them close by when the hacking cough hits. This bulk pack is a good value and lasts a while. Lemony. Mentholy. Reasonably effective on a sore throat. Lingering flavor, lightly hygroscopic but less than I’d expect for the composition.

Filling up my tub of Honey Lemon cough drops with this extra large bag is a great price/drop until the tubs go on sale again. This bag has a resealable zipped closure for closing, and drops are fresh and loose in their individual wrappers. I dump them into my covered candy jar and they stay fresh despite the extra air. Good honey and lemon flavor with full strength menthol (same as the other drops) for cooling the sinuses and throat. I like all of the flavors, but honey is the best to enjoy when truly sick and needing to chain them back to back. You can get sick of the cherry. Pro tip, the "soothing" line with pectin is best for an itchy niggling bothersome throat, due to coating action. This regular formula is more for inflammation, minor pain, post nasal drip, stuffy nose or sinuses, and DELICIOUS minty methol flavor addiction, you know, etc.
