Not as per pictures. Avoid
It is water resistant. That's all that can be said about it.Material is just a slightly thicker plastic material than plastic book covers. I have used this type of plastic before- it gets rigid and deformed and probably tends to Crack.Most importantly, the size is not full - it does not cover the base of the bag if you have a driver or 3 woods in the bag.Hopefully, it should last 1 season.
