Haven’t tried the Alexa feature but this is one of the reasons I selected this watch after my last one even though fully charged died after 24 hours, the longer length of the battery on this watch is a great feature.I like to change the plastic band out for a regular metal link watch band and this band was a bit difficult to change out.Not the fault of the watch but the Amazon deliver driver failed to bring to the front porch but instead threw the box over the fence at the driveway.The shipping box was way overkill 2 ft X 2 ft approximately and 4 inches thick for a watch that was in a much smaller box.I like the color of the watch and being able to change the watch face is a very nice feature.If there are any changes I will update.

this watch is great!!! i’ve never had a smart watch, so i want sure what to expect. i bought another one for a cheaper price but it counted my steps horribly and it was so inaccurate, so i returned it and got this one. It’s much more accurate with the step counting which is what i wanted it for. two reasons i’m not giving it five stars: it takes a second for the watch face to brighten up when i pick my wrist up to check the time, i wish it was faster. the second reason is because my calls don’t always come in, or when i first bought the watch they did, but when i connected my phone to my headphones and then back to the watch it stopped even when i forgot the other device. and ive never received a text on my watch even though it says i have it enabled. i didn’t really buy the watch for those features so i don’t care too much, but knowing that the watch should have the capability and it. it actually working kinda stinks! overall happy with my purchase though!

My doctor suggested that I invest in a smart watch. I was a little leery, but decided to go for something affordable. After using this watch for a while now, I can confidently say that it's been an excellent value so far. It makes it easy to track my heart rate, oxygen level, sleep, stress level, and more. And I love the customization options! Everything from the watch face (and there are LOADS of free faces to choose from) to the band to the features you want enabled/disabled. Operation has been smooth. And the customer care team is very responsive!

I got this watch for my wife since she has POTS and other chronic health issues. It helps her monitor her heart rate and be more aware of her exertion. Being able to track her sleep has been super helpful too. It was easy to setup and sync with her phone. Easy to navigate and has decent battery life as well. She loves being able to customize her watch face.

I've only had this smartwatch for a few days, but I'm loving it so far! First of all, I find the watch itself to be very attractive. Now, the primary reason I purchased it was for the larger screen. On my previous smartwatch, my old eyes struggled to read text messages, steps, and even the time. The screen size on this watch makes those non-issues. I found the setup to be easy and now have my watch synced with Google Fit. Not only do my steps get tracked, but it also tracks my sleep, heart rate, and oxygen saturation levels. I frequently have my phone set on silent, but no longer have to worry about missing a text or call because they come through on my watch - I can even answer (and make) calls through this smartwatch! Even though I had it for just a few days, I loved it enough that I purchased another one for my mom for Mother's Day!

The watch works well. My issues are:1. Battery life - I have to charge it every other day.2. Charger cord - the charger cord is insanely short! It's maybe 6 inches. I have to lay my watch on the floor to get the cord close enough to the outlet. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

Very cute! I use it just about every day. Everything functions regularly on the watch and its easy to use. Unfortunately it has disconnected randomly a few times. I've had it almost 2 months and its happened a handful of times. So pretty annoying but hasn't completely frustrated me to the point of hating it, especially for the price it is. I have not tested it in water.
