ECR4Kids 30 Cubby Mobile Tray Storage Cabinet, 5x6, Classroom Furniture, Natural

I ordered this cubby unit in July and had it sent directly to my school. My husband put it together yesterday and now that I am comparing it to the advertisement, I see that I did NOT receive the same unit. I chose this cabinet because it had the solid wood shelves for EVERY row of shelves and I wanted to put name labels above each cubby. The unit I got only has wood for one row and each of the other cubbies are flimsy inserts. I have no where to put the names where they won't be covered with student folders/papers. Additionally, the back of my unit does not look like the one pictured here, either. Mine has the vertical supports for the bottom 3 rows but for some odd reason, they do not extend all the way up and the top two rows are only backed by a horizontal insert with no vertical supports. It looks very disjointed. I had hoped to mount some hooks on those vertical supports to hang pocket charts but I no longer can. Clearly, we are not going to unassemble the entire unit to send it back. The packaging has been thrown away and it is now past the return date anyway. It is a nice set of cubbies and, except for the individual shelves and the back, it is very solid and sturdy. I spent many days researching to find the exact cubby unit that would fit my needs. The unit advertised DID meet my needs. Unfortunately the one I received, did NOT. I am very disappointed.

Beautiful mid range cost tool for classrooms.

I bought these because my classroom needed to be minimal as it is used for hybrid model learning. My class funds weren’t huge so I knew I wouldn’t be getting solid wood cubbies. These cannot fit personal white boards (across), pocket file folders, or our textbooks. Unfortunately these have flimsy shelf liners that pull out (and fall in) when my students get their very limited supplies from the cubby storage. My students’ families were generous enough to help me buy these. The cubbies do the job of taking up less space but I don’t think they’re worth the price sacrifice.

We ordered this cubby but it was defective. One of the panels did not have the holes drilled in it. Also, the two end pa nels were missing channels for the shelves. I contacted the company and they said I should contact Amazon. Amazon said that I should throw out the decective product and they would refund my money. After I tossed the unit, amazon said they never told me they would refund my money. They promised a supervisor would contact us. They never did. I am currently disputing the charge with.my credit card company. Good luck dealing with these guys. I am surprised at amazon. I have always had good service in the past.
