Lightweight, good quality build and awesome deal , value for money

For a cheaper price, I thought these would somehow be lower quality than all the other expensive paddles on Amazon. I was way wrong. Grip is nice, good shock absorption. High quality pickle balls included.

I bought this for our young grandsons to learn how to play pickleball. It seems to be perfectly priced for our new adventure with our grandsons.

I want to play pickleball, but it is 105 degrees right now. However, these paddles are lightweight, seem fairly sturdy, and have a good grip. I can't wait to use these paddles, but it might be a couple of months because of the temperature.The grips look like leather, but are a polymer similar to a golf club wrap, but stickier. I can't play with them in a game yet, but I did a little juggling and batted them around, and the grip feels really secure. The plastic cord that wraps around the top of the grip seems flimsy, but you don't use pickleball paddles to knock out home runs, so I believe it will be fine. The edging on the paddles is secure, and does not pull away from the paddle.The paddle itself is very lightweight, and is very solid. It is lightly textured, so spin hits will be effective. The graphics on the face of the paddle are slightly raised, which a professional would not want, but if just getting into the sport like me, won't matter. The case is made of decent material, feels sturdy, and carries both paddles and four balls. The zipper is secure and has not binded in my experiences. There is also the expandy net on the outside, which could hold a water bottle and or a towel.If you are looking into playing pickleball, I would recommend a set like this for beginners, as you won't spend a lot on a sport you may not like, but the paddles are very functional and comfortable.

What a deal: 2 paddles, 4 waffle balls, and a carry case for $10. For the small number of games we will play, this is an outstanding deal.

My kids have been playing pickleball with this set. The game is new to us, though my 13-year-old daughter learned how to play in PE class at school. She really likes these paddles. They are lightweight and easy for her 10-year-old sister to play too. I appreciate that the balls and paddles fit in the carrying case to keep the equipment organized in our garage!
