I wish the securing bands were wider
I find the bands used to secure it are difficult to see the ends of to remove without getting my eyeglasses and I find them difficult to pull off. I wish they were wider and had a marking on the tip. They may be easier for someone younger!

Just what I wanted.
Can adjust these from 2 to 8 lb per leg. Straps have very strong velco. Can be adjusted to fit just anout any size ankle.

Great for my PT
Easy to use and just what my PT asked me to use. I saw the plastic rubber feeling weights, but didn't think they would be comfortable. These are soft and very comfortable. They can be worn a long time.

Worth the weight
My mother broke her arm and her ortho suggested weighted wristbands to help straighten it. Took a bit to find ones that were a good price and comfortable for her, but these do the trick

Not meant for a woman's wrist
These are way too long to fit a woman's wrist or arm without it sliding down or off. Unless you pull it SO TIGHT it cuts your circulation. Do not buy if a woman
