A Spooky, Witchy Halloween Cat!
My grandma bought this for me and I really love that the tail wags when the cat dances. I named her Moonlight and she’s a really pretty cat. I love her a lot. I recommend that you get this item.

It did not work!
I have purchased many of these solar toys.I really enjoy them.But this one has never worked since I received it.Do you give refunds or send replacements?Thanks

Does not work in the Sun.
Update: After pressing the cat firmly into the base,the sensor was activated and the item is working. I would purchase again and upgrade to 3 stars.The cat has a pleasant cheerful face and would be fun to watch move in the Sun. But it doesn't move at all, unless I hit a bump. The cat is not securely attached to the base. Therefore, something may be unattached to the sensor in the base that makes it work. I'll take this as a loss because it's not worth returning
