Great neck support!
I recently purchased this baby carseat head neck support for my newborn daughter and I am so happy with it. It provides excellent head and neck support for her when she is in her carseat. The support is adjustable and the straps are easy to adjust to fit her perfectly. The fabric is soft and comfortable for her and it does a great job of preventing her head from bobbing back and forth when we are on the road. Great head support!
I bought this pillow over other pillows because I read that others push babies’ heads forward. My baby was 3 weeks early so she was tiny- 5 lbs. This one, when strapped behind the seat (through the seatbelt holes), did not push her head forward at all, stayed in place and kept my baby’s head from moving. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was that it was a little challenging getting it to Velcro together behind the holes.

Not useful
Honestly don’t understand how this is supposed to be helpful. If you put it behind his head and his head is leaned forward nothing holds it in place. It’s on the floor of the car not being used.

Does what it's meant to do
Keeps my baby's neck aligned, the product is soft, and it took a minute to get it velcro to the straps. My baby did fuss at first, but she got used to the item and she was fine. My chiropractor suggested the neck piece because of the ways her neck position was in her car seat. She favors her right side after birth and it's been a corrective process.

I love this. Best one I have ordered yet. I've had 3 different types. This does the job. I would suggest they do snap buttons rather than velcro, as it sticks to their knits and also is causing pulls in the fabric on our car seat.
