I really like this builder gel set! 💅🏽 The colors are beautiful and natural, and the gel is easy to work with, even for beginners. It gives my nails a stronger and thicker feel while still looking clean and professional. I also love having different shades to choose from. Great for doing your nails at home, and I’m very happy with the results!

Let me start by saying i have had a timeeeee trying to find products that work for my nails! I braid hair & My nails grow out soft and break. Going to the nail salon just isn’t an option anymore because i don’t have time to keep going back for nail repairs. I’ve tried press ons with mixed turn outs. Polygel with no luck because they wouldn’t cure. I tried this set because it came with multiple colors I’d actually wear. I just finished my first set and although the base coat & builder color leave a wet like residue after curing for 99 secs , the top coat cures dry & glossy. I added nail stickers & another top coat. The bottle size is decent, thick consistency, not tiny like when you buy a set of 20 colors, application was easy and it cured thick in about 99 seconds- that’s the timer i use on my uv light.

Love this builder gel set! The nude and soft pink shades look really natural and are perfect for everyday nails. The gel has a nice consistency that makes it easy to shape and build without running everywhere, and my nails feel noticeably stronger after curing. The finish is smooth and glossy, and the variety of shades is a great bonus. Definitely a new favorite for doing my nails at home.

It’s very pretty and strong once you apply the top coat and cure it. This pack has too many similar colors and are hard to distinguish between them. It’s my first experience with this type of nail application and it does take patience to apply. Much cheaper than a salon but it takes time to Perfect this application so if you don’t have at least two hours to apply go to the salon.

I purchased this gel set for nail art and extensions, and it has worked well overall. The ease of removal is decent, as it doesn’t take too long to soak off, but like many builder gels, it requires some patience. It’s not the fastest to remove, but with proper soaking and care, it comes off without too much effort. The gel dries quickly under UV/LED light, which is a big plus. Once cured, the nails have a strong, durable finish that holds up well for daily use. I also appreciate the self-leveling nature of the gel, making it easier to apply smoothly without much hassle. While the gel provides good results for creating long-lasting nail designs, there are some minor downsides. It’s important to ensure proper curing to avoid any issues with lifting. Additionally, some people might find that the gel can be a bit thick for their liking, which may require extra attention during application. Overall, this gel set is versatile, with vibrant colors and a solid build, and works great for creating unique designs. Just be mindful of the removal process and curing times to get the best results.

Keep in mind, I’m use to gel polish, but new to the thicker consistency of the builder gel, so there’s a huge learning curve (for me). Even with a little difficulty getting used to application, my nails feel so strong. I typically have extremely thin nails (any time they grow past my fingertips they break/peel within a day), and I was able to use this builder gel to strengthen my unbroken nails and extend my broken nails to be the same length as others. I used the milky white and it’s a very nice semi-transparent color in the spots I was able to get even. It was very easy to set and shape especially with the help of a nail form. Absolutely amazing product and I imagine I’ll love it even more when I get better at application.

I enjoyed the color and look that I got out of the clear builder gel in this set, but if you are not a super experienced at home gel extraordinaire, do not buy these. Removal was extremely difficult. I left the builder gel on for about 3 weeks and then decided I wanted to take everything down to the nail to use what I usually use as a base coat. This stuff was impossible to get off, e-file and acetone soak. Not a horrible product, but make sure you know exactly what you're doing before you buy and use this. If I choose to use one of these in this set again, I will likely use two coats of the normal base that I enjoy, which protects my nail and is easy to remove, and then I will use the builder over that in order to protect my nails better. Just in case you're wondering, the base that I love is by Young Nails, called ManiQ Keratin base

I can not write a review on one specific set. This review is about the beetles color base (builder & color) It says it is a base color, but they say it is also a builder gel. A builder gel needs to be able to build the apex, this base gel is not a builder. It can make a thin nail stronger to prevent the nail from breaking. It looks like a rubber base gel but there is a lot of confusion about how things are being labeled. I wanted a builder gel with color but unfortunately this is not. Beetles does have builders with color, but do not buy the color base of you want to build an apex. It works good as a rubber base kind of gell.

Really easy to use, I normally do acrylic and this was quicker and easier. Heat spiking is quite strong though.
