This is not my first time on keto, but my first time using this for electrolyte replenishment. I was pleasantly surprised how good it tastes, considering some of the negative reviews on here. It probably depends on the flavor. However, the guava one is delicious.It's true what others say that the only danger is you might inhale the fine powder in the air. I have choked on it a few times, despite trying my best to heed other reviewers' warnings. I am going to try something: I ordered some extra large glass seasoning bottles (they just arrived today). I am going to use one to hold some of this powder. I plan to pour it out onto the provided spoon and that should minimize all the powder in the air.

Gives me lots of energy and taste great. This is my 4th flavor I have tried and all are great tasting.

Raspberry lemonade tastes wonderful. It is a little sweet, but really you have a lot of control over that by just adding it to a larger quantity of water. I do one scoop to 32 oz and it's great, I could even go more diluted. I think I'll try lemonade flavor next!

I'll be honest - at first I was going to give this product a low rating. Then I read the packaging more carefully and it said "organic"...I thought it said "orgasmic" and I was like (tasting sounds)...nothin'! OK, so that's a "me problem" mea culpa, mea culpa, calm down, people, I'm seeking professional help! After my initial disappointment with my whole...illiteracy, I did a "sciencey test" (some use the term "scientific"...I call those people stupidheads). Using 16 oz of filtered water and one level scoop of product (hehheh...sounds kinda...illicit) it was wet (probably the water) and flavorful! One thing to note, it does contain "organic stevia". I asked my brother, his name is Steve, and he claimed to know NOTHING ABOUT IT. So I couldn't give it 5-stars. Because you are all lazy (way to win over readers, RC), let me tell you what MY research on stevia indicates: The Good: May help lower BP for those with minor issues, increases feelings of satiety (fullness) and has antioxidant/anti-inflammatory effects which could help regulate T2 diabetes. The bad: Some studies suggest it may kill certain "good" gut bacteria, namely Lactobacillus, but other studies did not find that. Good ol' sciencey. Also, there's a difference in powdered vs. liquid stevia but note the stuff in this powder has no maltodextrin (which is good). The maybe: Some studies have indicated stevia may be unsafe for "pregnant and lactating women for periods of longer than 2 years". Personally, if you're a woman having a period of longer than 2 years, it probably ain't the stevia! But I'm not a doctor, so...? Last thing, the appearance/color when in water is nothing to write home about...but that's actually a good thing, as bold, splashy colors are often a function of artificial coloring, which is absent in this product. Would re-purchase and that should really say it all. So why the novel? I don't know, I'm...seeking professional help.

My doctor recommended for me to stay hydrated and this product makes it so easy for me to do it so. I love the flavor. Looking forward to trying all of them. I felt the difference right away. Like a boost of energy with no caffeine.

Needed a good supplement at a reasonable price for hydration, we really like this one. Tastes great, we've tried two flavors now, and definitely helps especially post workout, but we just drink it during the day in our high elevation climate too.Very happy with this product and intend to keep purchasing!

I've been using this product for a while now and it's been working really well for my monthly water fasts and keto diet. I take one scoop per day and it lasts for a whole month, which is really convenient. I like that it's made with natural ingredients too.The only downside is that the container doesn't actually have 100 servings of one scoop apiece like they claim, which is a bit disappointing. It's not very professional of them to be dishonest about the volume just so they can charge us more money.Overall, I would give this product four stars because it does work for me, but I really wish they would get their product tested and certified by FDA-registered labs. If they did that, it would definitely be a five-star product in my book!

Taste is strong and a little sour when using a full scoop. I prefer to use a half scoop for a lighter taste. Love that it is keto friendly and zero sugar. However, after almost three months of having this product the powder has started to clump together. Perhaps putting the product in an airtight container would help that… I would buy again and try a different taste.
