The control valve is added to the toilet water supply from your home and then it supplies the toilet with water. It just interrupts the connection, rather a simple install. The nozzle then rests in the supplied bracket that can overhang the side of your toilet tank or be mounted directly to the wall for a more custom look (also makes it handier to reach for when you are on the toilet vs reaching behind you).- Stainless steel flexible hose measures about 44" in length- Control valve is a half turn- All necessary washers and plumbers tape is included for a leak-free installation- You regulate the pressure by how hard you press the handle on the nozzle.Two complaints:- The finish doesn't match the threaded portion to the handle.- They recommend you turn the water off to the nozzle when not in use and that isn't very handy. The instructions claim you will weaken the bidet sprayer's internal component due to the constant water pressure, and over time, it may cause flooding or water damage. Well, this requires you to reach around and down each time you finish using the sprayer and then I assume you should release the stored-up pressure after you shut the valve off. That's annoying and is a reason alone I wouldn't purchase this for myself.Do your research and maybe there is a better option out there that has a shut-off valve that is easier to get to. With that said, I am sold on the benefits of a bidet and highly suggest the use.

This bidet is great for every home. The sprayer pressure is decent to wash off any dirt without use of soap. It takes about few minutes to install if you know what you are doing. I got one for one bathroom and would definitely get more. Great to maintain hygiene in the house.

I'm no plumber so I was honestly a bit worried about how to install this. But really the setup was less than 20min and they pretty much provide all you need. Some things fit a bit tight and the tape they provide is really flimsy. But so far we have been using it awhile with no issues honestly. Pressure is good and super helpful for us going environmentally conscious by using less toilet paper!

I bought this item previously and its work, so I recommend to other person, and buy with discount more than two weeks ago. I still waiting for the items. There is no comment about the delay, the store just say is running late!I bought this item again and I received. More expensive, so apparently they don't wanna to sold on the low cost that previously they offer.

This handheld sprayer works well and was easy to install. There have been no issues with leakage.

at first i was super hesitant to even try this. it's something new and i'm a traditional girl... but I am changed, now! First off, this was so super simple to set up and it took me maybe ten minutes and most of that was just trying to turn the water valve off. It sits nicely on the side of the toilet and while it is a cold water blast, let me tell you, i've never felt cleaner. I've been using it for months and it's the best thing i've tried. it takes a bit to get used to, but once you know how long you need for what, you're golden. would highly recommend.

High quality product that is easy to use. Squeeze the handle and clean your bottom. Pressure has been reasonable that you don't have it to rough, but not to low that it does nothing for you. Toilet paper has been reduce a good amount since installing! Also cable is long enough that you can move it around as needed but not to long that it is in your way.
