Can the data be saved to a file? If so, what format is the file?

Not to my knowledge. I take screenshots or photos of whatever I want to review later. You can reset the run time from the APP and the data updates in the APP immediately upon change in the PN2750 data, there is no lag like one experiences frequently with APP's. Be sure you don't have more than one copy of the APP open or it won't work properly. Avoid by closing any copies of the APP minimized.

can it be used outdoors?

Yes this can be used outdoors as long as their is an electric outlet to plug it into.

Nema 5-15 is rated for 15 amps. How is it measuring 240v 25a power?

I imagine you could do that with a couple of adapters that are not included. I use it as 120V and 15A device and works great.

Does the SmartLife App allow exporting history data, maybe as a CSV file?

I do not see an option to export the data with the "smart Life" app. There maybe other apps that work with this device that can provide that function. After all, the data is there, it just needs an app to export it..
