A healthy addition to my morning shake that’s economical in price. If placing in a plastic container like I did be careful on the transfer process as it can turn into quite a messy project.

Before I bought this beet powder, I read one review that mentioned it had a very "earthy" flavor that was not pleasant. However, I disagree. The flavor is very subtle and not at all unpleasant. I mix one scoop with water in the morning and now look forward to my beet powder drink. The reason I bought it to begin with was to help lower my blood pressure, as I am not one to take prescription or over the counter meds of any kind. After about a week, I noticed my BP was 15-20 points lower than usual, and I'm giving this product all the credit for that. Check with your doctor, of course, before you try it, but for me.....it's a keeper.

Been using beet root powder in my smoothies for years. Various brands but always the same amount...1 Tablespoon. But, none of them had such a predominant taste of beets as this brand has. It overpowers the taste of the smoothies that I make with vanilla protein powder and flavored veggie powder. I just taste beets now. And, when I add 1 cup of frozen strawberries, it dulls the beet taste a bit but, I can barely taste the strawberries now. I'll have to use less beet powder than recommended.

To be honest I absolutely dislike beets but they are super healthy. I can't eat them no way. This was easy kind of messy just take your time. I drink it as a smoothie with blue berries not bad kind of earthy. I am able to drink it. Good product I highly recommend it.

My cryatals are just Beautiful...I ordered raw lapis and Purple Laboradite...just Gorgeous
