Fairly good workout for a hard to reach muscle group for a reasonable price. Super convenient to slide it under a bed when not using. Gets the job done.

Bought the machine to strengthen my core and boy has it helped! I was getting neck and back pain at the end of my work day. It’s only been a couple weeks but I can feel my core supporting me. It can slide under the bed which is also a plus.

I love this machine. It comes assembled, is easy to use and put away. It's a genius design, well built, comfortable, compact, and can be used for multiple excersizes.

I love this. Easy to store and pull back out and set up easy easy! My only issue is im almost too short and 5'3 it makes it a little hard to get situated on it at first but it still works for me. Definitely gives a food workout!

I was really excited to try the BootySprout, and the first use went well—it felt sturdy and worked as expected. But after folding it up for storage just once, the foot board came off, and I noticed two screws were missing.It’s frustrating and disappointing to spend money on something that falls apart so quickly. I expected better quality and durability, especially for a product meant to handle resistance and body weight. Definitely not what I hoped for.

My wife wanted one, I said no. So we compromised and got one. She said she has a pancake booty. Everyone likes pancakes except fitness influencers, hence why we now have one. It’s solid and does its job. Good for a quick workout. At least it folds up nice so it can sit on the side of the garage like the other stuff.
