Okay, I wasn’t so sure about this before I bought it, but I was interested in seeing if it would work- now I don’t go a day without using it at least 10-15 minutes! Yes, this works for lymphatic drainage. The telltale sign that it does, is that until your body is use to it, you may notice your skin feeling itchy! That is your lymphatic drainage system at work! The rapid movements stimulate nerves, increase blood and lymphatic circulation to the skin! And your body releases a small amount of histamine in response- which makes you feel itchy. Eventually you will build up a tolerance after repeated use! I got my mom using this and she started with 1 minute, then 5, until she built up that tolerance. So start slow and you should be fine- obviously in the rare case that you develop hives or the itching doesn’t seem to lessen with use- then I wouldn’t recommend continuing. After some research, that seems rare. Also- I did NOT buy this for any kind of skin tightening or cellulite reducing reasons- but I swear IT FIRMED MY LEGS?! I had stopped working out for like 6 months prior to buying this and started using this about a week after I got back to a regular workout routine and it was crazy how much quicker my legs seemed to firm. I wasn’t looking for or expecting that result. Just a happy bonus. Another bonus- MUSCLE RECOVERY. Another reason I don’t skip using daily is I feel it keeps my muscles relaxed and I’m not as sore after workouts as I would be if I didn’t use it. Other bonuses: -improved balance -a decent massager (sit down in front and rest your legs on it and ya got a good calf massager!) - Remote included: manually adjustable settings, 5 program options to save settings for next time, time settings, and quick-click buttons of low, medium, and high intensity. Overall, I’d say this is a quality purchase! Drawbacks: - Bulky (it’s a vibration plate though, so what do you expect). -Could be sturdier, but for the price I’m impressed! -Some might say it’s slightly noisy but I don’t think it’s that bad. I usually pop on an audio book/podcast/show and enjoy getting caught up while relaxing!

Wonderful Product! I have varicose veins that would hurt so much at night but since I started the AXV Vibration Plate last month I no longer wake up in pain. My husband noticed today that my butt was getting firmer. He tried it for the first time. He has an old leg injury so hopefully it will help him too. Quick and rewarding work out!

This vibration plate has been a great addition to our home. Every girl in the house uses it daily! It's easy to use, feels sturdy, and makes it simple to add a little extra movement to our day. Great quality and definitely worth the purchase.

I've had it about a week and a I really like it. I got it hoping that it would help loosen up my neck and shoulder muscles that have caused discomfort in my right arm. I do feel like it loosens everything up and I'm using it in the morning and evening, 10 minutes each. So far I haven't played with any of the many settings or even put batteries in the remote, I've just pressed start on the preset default setting which goes for 10 minutes and I'm very happy. I imagine I may be glad for the variety of settings after I've used it longer. Might be nice to switch it up sometimes. It did make me very itchy the first few times, which I understand means blood flowing and capillaries opening that are not used to opening. I take that as a good sign! I love that it is small so it slides easily under my dresser and I can pull it out easily twice a day. On my rug it is pretty quiet and doesn't disturb anyone else in our full house. I learned this morning that if kneel and lean forward with my arms on the machine, it really vibrates my arms, shoulder and neck which feels like it is helpful to me. Also made my neck and upper back very itchy - again, I take that as a good sign. But I still love standing on it and getting a full body wiggle, which I will continue to do twice a day. I've been doing it before exercise and I just really like how I'm feeling!

Wow! Level one is working to loosen up my ankles after midfoot fusion surgery. Helps with arthritic discomfort, too. Not for all day, it for a few hours. Seems to be loosening up my iliacus and improving my posture. I’ve had it a week. I recommend it. I’m heavy and it’s very sturdy. It doesn’t make a lot of noise or move around the floor.

So i’m a first time vibration plate buyer and this is my honest review: I have not lost any weight and have been using it for about two weeks every day, but I definitely lost inches when I takeoff my socks at the end of the day my legs are not puffy. I’m not having a bloated stomach and it is helping with back pain. I feel like I’m more tone even though I’m not dieting or trying to lose weight. I have rheumatoid arthritis and I’m not having a problem with standing on it or moving around on. It definitely feel like it’s helping me overall with recovery and firming myself. This is a good place for a first time buyer, but I noticed a lot of the videos that other people have wider plates. This is not a very wide plate so if you are a bigger person or maybe a man, you might want to get something bigger. If I had to buy a plate again, I would definitely not get one with a bunch of bumps and lumps on the plate because when you’re trying to put your arms on it or stand barefoot on it, it hurts those bumps on it or not needed. When I try to sit on the plate, my ass ends up, hitting the touchscreen and turning the machine off, so I had to drip a towel over it so it doesn’t do that. Overall, I think it’s a good plate for the cost and for first time vibration plate buyers if you’re an average a small person.

I purchased two of the AXV Vibration Plates. One was for our daughter, and the other one is for my husband and myself. We love our vibration plate. One of the boxes did not come with a remote control, as it was a returned item at a discounted price. I contacted the seller and they were just great. They sent me 3 remotes and did not charge me for them. I would recommend this Vibration Plate as well as the AXV company.

Wow!! I use a vibration plate at the gym so wanted one to use in the convenience of my home after my home workouts or long walks/runs. This far exceeded my expectations. I actually prefer this one to the commercial ones at the gym in both quality and function. It is heavy duty! We have had this for a few months and it is wonderful. I used to get quite sore after my workouts, but when I stand on this for 10 minutes after, I have little if any muscle soreness. I like to do squats and stretching on it primarily, or just simply stand on it but lots of exercises can be done. It is a fun, positive and productive way to end the workout. I do notice more toning in my legs in places I couldn’t get too. My legs and knees feel stronger as do my supporting muscles throughout my body. I do get vertigo often in general but I haven’t had any issues in vertigo being triggered when using this and I think this is helping it improve. I definitely feel drainage that I didn’t even realize I had from my sinuses during and after using this. It is not too loud, so I can hear the television over this without turning up my television at all. The Bluetooth does work well, but the quality of the speakers is not great but if you have no other speakers to use, it is a plus to have. My kids love it to stand and sing on since it makes their voices sound funny. I don’t ever worry about my children damaging it as it’s so study and well built. Even though it is heavy duty, it is easy to move around because of its compact size. So when not in use we can put it on the closet floor or in a corner, and most people could lift it easily. The suction cups on it work very well on my laminate floor and it does not slide around at all when in use. I have not used it on carpet so cannot attest to that. I can definitely feel the circulation in my feet and legs getting better. I have issues with my legs hurting often since I am on my feet and legs all day and walk/run about 5 miles each day in addition to weight training. I cannot say enough about how my pain has subsided tremendously upon using this product. I like how there is a remote to easily change settings while standing upon it. I can’t say enough about this particular vibration plate!

I was quite unsure and kept thinking for weeks but I am happy with this purchase. Really helpful in cramps, aches and pains. Ease into it slowly and increase speed and time. It’s a full body rejuvenator.

the vibration plate worked well but has since popped and blew my electricity. The motor which creates the vibration has broken. I have contacted the seller but not heard anything. I am concerned whether there is a warranty? Why has no one got back to me? I only bought it 10 months ago. I paid a higher amount thinking I would get a quality item and good service. Not so far.

Does the job well. Been using since 6 months. Works perfectly and is sturdy too.
