Wait to add seasoning...

I can't find this in our local stores so I was glad to find it on Amazon. It is my go-to when I need extra ham stock for soup or gravy. It's delicious. Don't add salt until your dish is finished cooking as it is already seasoned. The jars were wrapped well, reasonably priced and arrived quickly.
