Does this model still have the thinkstation case badge - as it's missing in the photo?

Mine had one of the Lenovo badge. The units are refurbished, so presence of the badge likely would vary from unit to unit. For example the picture shows no optical drive yet mine came with a DVD writer.

What setup is the ram. I know 32gb ddr4, ?but is it one stick or 2x16 or 4x8

All 4 RAM channels were occupied in the unit I received: 4x8. Each channel has an additional unoccupied slot, so there are 8 total RAM slots. Each channel can support 64GB maximum, as I understand it, for a maximum total possible system memory of 256GB.

What are the specifications of the ram installed?

Mine came with DDR4 2133. I don't know the timings.
