I love these! Expensive, but so very useful. I gave five stars for Easy to Install, but it's important to know that where I placed them in my closets, I was delighted to discover that under the plaster were metal plates, because when I was just holding it up for size, the lamp immediately clung to the overhang, in a perfect spot! I gave four stars for Motion Detection because the detection is almost too good. I used them in closets with those doors that fold in half (don't know if that makes sense) so there is no real closure and they go on almost every time I walk past. But it's all good -- it only stays on for a few minutes, if even that, which is usually all that is needed. If more time is needed, I just wave my hand or open and shut the door. They are easy to charge (USB) and charge quickly, but they probably lose light quicker than they would if I had regular doors. Recommended for sure.

We bought these lights for our coat closet and pantry. They have no lights built in and no easy way to connect a wired light. Initially, the lights seemed small but match the measurement in the listing. They were charged overnight and installed the next day. The coat closet is a split-folding door and is under the stairs so the "ceiling" is angled. I installed it on this angled area facing the door. (I've attached a video of how it works) The lights point downwards. The small metal plates at the ends have 3M adhesive attached. All you have to do is attach the plates to the built-in magnetic areas of the light, remove the plastic backing, and then press the light in the area you want. I cleaned the area first with some rubbing alcohol and let it dry for a 30 minutes before installing. The wall is typical household drywall covered in latex paint. I pressed the light in place, pushed on the magnetic ends for about 30 seconds, then removed the light so the metal plates would adhere properly, about an hour. Then attached the light. A week in, no issues with the metal plates falling off. Seem to be on very well and the fixture is fairly light. We've very happy with the closet now lit up really well. Light has a good spread and fills the small closet exactly like we were hoping. These function very well, seem well designed and built, and a decent value. Highly Recommended.

Works as expected but isn’t a soft white color. It is just plain facility white. The battery lasts forever so charging is never an issue. It secures with just two magnets that stick to any surface which is super easy. It detects motion really well and sometimes even turn on when I walk by my closed door. I wish you could change the color of the light with a button or at least change the brightness but overall you get what you pay for.

I use two of these in my laundry room so I don't have to turn the light on. This is very convenient when my hands are full. Motion sensor is GREAT. Any motion in front of the laundry room entryway causes the lights to come on. Magnet strength is great. Charge rate is great. Brightness is adequate. I placed the lights under the shelf above my washer and dryer which provides enough light at night for me to see inside the dryer and the washer. There are only 3 closets in my home, so I have a lot in each of them. It's organized but lighting is an issue. So, I placed two of these lights in my closet. I attached each under the overhead shelf. All I have to do is open the bifold doors and the lights come on which is very useful at night. My only wish: that the lights stayed on a little longer without having to make a movement to trigger the sensors.

I had high hopes for this light, and it appears to be a quality product upon first review. It could be brighter, but it serves its purpose. So why the 1 (one) star review? Because of the charging or lack there of shall I say. Look at all the other one-star reviews and they have issues with the units not charging. I finally figured out the reason. Plug it into a nice modern cell phone charger (usb C) and it will not charge if its life depended on it. Now go and find your cheapest, lowest output, off-brand, never-going-to-use-power supply and it loves that charger. I am up to sampling eight different charging locations in my home and none of them worked. The only two other I was able to make work was a very low output USB plug that is built into a wall power outlet. That thing is about 8 years old, so it was pre-fast anything. And I found a power strip with a USB output that it liked. USB C to USB C? Forget it, it has to be USB to USB C. Let's move on to the USB cable that they supplied, my package has three lights, and they included three charging cables .... great, right? Nope, they are ridiculously short and cheap. Why even bother. Either don't include one at all or supply just one usable length cable .... of better quality, because giving three non-usable cords is worth the money saved VS the unhappy customers, which gives you the impression that they could care less about. So buy these with that in mind .... or don't. Shame on the company.
