The swivel ball joint is tight, causing difficulty in adjusting the angle.

The swivel ball joint needs to be installed onto the shower arm first before the angle can be easily adjusted due to leverage. Adjusting the head out of the box by hand does not reflect its swivel capability after installation.

Leakage at the connection point.

Check if the filtered rubber washer inside the connector is placed and flattened properly, avoid overtightening the connector or the gasket may get squeezed. Use some Teflon tape (3-5 circles) as an auxiliary measure to prevent leakage.

When switching modes, the other nozzles of the showerhead continue to drip.

This is caused by residual water during mode switching, which prevents a complete transition of the water flow. Just wait a few minutes, and the other nozzles will stop dripping.

The pause mode does not completely stop the water

The pause mode is a trickle mode that reduces water flow instead of stopping it completely. To fully stop the water, shut off the water valve. The trickle mode is to pause the water while shampooing, soaping up, or shaving.
