Take this daily and make this part of my daily routine. Not to make medical claims but I had meniscus surgery and was amazed that I was walking on my own by the 2nd day. Not sure if this was part of the reason I healed quickly but I can believe it did.

There tablets are so great for travel. I’ve definitely noticed a boost in energy, no jet lagged, and i didn’t get sick this trip. You definitely need to let them dissolve entirely or it doesn’t taste great, but the health benefits are so tangible I’ve started using them everyday. Definitely try them if you are on the fence, so worth it!

Smells funny from the hydrogen, but I overall get a little boost from it.

Taste was good. Just had a very slight hint of lime taste. Mixed in well. Didn’t really notice any difference drinking 1 tablet daily. No smell.

Felt nothing different. I’m sure other brands products work better. Will not be buying again.
