It works. Image drags a little even on usb C connectIon. Didn’t expect that. But I am retired so I don’t need a great refresh rate for using teams anymore, good buy for the money, auto-focus works. I tried it on OBS recording software and it works well for making training videos with Picture in Picture. For the money I would recommend it as long as you have a USB C CONNECTION available on your computer. Image quality mediocre due to light flares/hotspots.

Had this camera for a while now, and honestly it was awful forgot to return it and still use it but it gives awful picture and theres no way to fix

I bought this unit because I had just purchased a refurbished Dell that had a pretty weak camera and audio cam tacked on. I hope to use it both for two way conference calls out of the country and to do some quality recording that I can upload to YouTube. The camera with or without its additional lighting (which works well) provides an outstanding picture at a reasonable price. I would caution that you may have to go into your audio settings to make sure that the default audio is not the old one that comes with your laptop. When on with a friend from Taiwan he could see me but not hear me clearly. I figured I'd check the audio settings and it was on the old laptop's default. Once I set it for the the 4K Webcam's microphone, the party in Taipei instantly told me the problem was corrected; he could hear me with fantastic clarity. Overall, this product is a real winner for the price and I would recommend it if you want crystal clear audio and visual from a webcam.

It works. I don't use the audio, so I don't have an opinion. The focus seems ok. The problem is the quality of the video. I can't get the lighting right. I need to turn all room lighting off and close the blinds, making my work space too dark, and the picture still isn't great. Unfortunately, I realized this after the return window had closed. Camera is adequately priced at $60 and is better than the $20-40 cameras. My image is the top right compared to Apple's 2021 camera at the bottom. The white balance is high. I'm sitting in a dark room with dual monitors and blinds closed and I'm washed out. Software may correct this. I do think it would be great for darker complexions. Regardless, it's significantly better than the $30 Logitech camera on the market. The ring light is cute but doesn't really do much. It sort of gives a highlight to the face but is generally dimmer than standard LED monitors so it doesn't matter. I usually keep it off. Plastic is sturdy. It takes a 3.1 MP image. So, yes, HD/4k image size but, no, you're not going to be zooming in or using it for product demos. Would be perfect for streaming where you're using it in the corner of a screen as a thumbnail. Looks fine in a "party panel" . Looks are iffy when you put it as the full size image on your monitor.
