I’ve switched to taurine powder instead of capsules, and I think it’s a much better value. For about the same price as many capsule products, you get roughly twice as much taurine, making it a far more economical way to supplement. My favorite way to take it is by adding 2 grams to my morning coffee. It dissolves completely, doesn’t leave any grit behind, and makes it easy to consistently remember to take it every day. It goes a lot further than I anticipated so I have some last for another four months probably I ordered another bag just in case. We have a lot of of those these days not your fault. It is one of the products that is hopefully saving his life. He is allergic to thyroxine L and no one would help him because apparently they don’t teach Davis Fritz that fear travels across the room and my dog is very large and he only has one voice so when he barks he’s loud they scared him. He barked now they won’t treat him anymore. I think they should teach dogs psychology when they teach veterinarians even at Davis. They seem to be lacking in this. I don’t know why except they have a special department for it. apparently they don’t cross over and teach everybody the same thing which they should. Thank you for having it. I tell him it’s his sugar and he loves it. My dog is my best friend all 140 pounds of him. And I would do anything to keep him alive. Thank you for helping.

Rated 4 stars due to the fact it’s so easy to use. Just one scoop in your smoothie, coffe, water, etc and you’re good to go. I myself did not see any difference in my energy levels. In all fairness though I am on top of my health. Lots of energy. No side effects. The powder is tasteless.

Besides the cost benefit of buying bulk, you avoid the extras that are usually found in capsules; this is nothing but Taurine, at a good price. It also feels good to not have to bring more plastic into the picture. It's easy to mix into a shake, and it feels good to decrease the number of capsules I was taking (my daily dose of Taurine ranges from 6-8 grams).
