It wasn't hard to install this, as we've had experience in putting in different shower heads and more for our home plus some rental properties of ours. There were no problems with leaks after installation. The rainfall effect is so relaxing, and it always impresses our guests when they use it. I really appreciate that unlike many other rainfall shower sets, you can tilt and adjust the shower head itself (while most wall mounts we see can't be adjusted, and clearly you can't tilt flush ceiling mount installs). You'll be more than satisfied with one of these in your bathroom.

Hansgrohe is a very old and well established name in this space. The product itself is really elegant. It will definitely spiff up your shower or bathtub area. The design is modern and contemporary, but should go with most decors. In terms of value, it's about average, although obviously it is a high-quality product from a first-rate company. 4 star rated.

We were having a plumber install a plastic (manufacturer calls it something fancy but it feels like plastic or fiberglass to me) shower surround. This Hans Grohe fixture required the Hans Grohe valve, which is huge. Our plumber could not figure out how to install that giant valve far enough back in the wall so that he could get the shower surround installed over it and so that the valve did project far beyond the plane if the surround. So we returned this (and the valve).

This shower/tub set was ordered for a second bath in our new vacation home. Our plumber did the installation but said it was an easy install using the separately purchased iBox Universal Plus Rough. The operation is simple, just turn the lever to the desired water temperature. Leave the water running out the tub spout to fill the tub or, push the valve down on the spout to redirect the water to the shower head. No diverter valve needed. The matte black finish blends in well with our modern farmhouse decor and is blemish free. We opted for the 1.75 GPM unit and it provides enough water for a comfortable shower. The large showerhead spreads the water around evenly and there's no fear of leaving the shower with shampoo in your hair. It's hard to beat @Hansgrohe quality and the price was great. We're very happy with this shower/tub set and would recommend it to family and friends.

I replaced a 20 year old set from Hansgrohe with this set. It's amazing how little has changed over 20 years in terms of how there are made. They were quality then, they are quality now. We just updated the look a bit.The finish is beautiful, the head spread a very nice shower, and it's easy to install. I expect this will easily last another 20 years.
