Perfect fit
Fit perfect and has been working well for quite awhile now (months).

You get what you pay for.
Used the belt for about 30 minutes. Smelled faintly of burning rubber on its first trip out (about 300 square feet to finish where the previous belt broke), but since it was faint, I didn't worry too much about it. Started the mower a couple weeks later and smelled the burning rubber smell again. Did a few hundred square feet before the belt broke frayed horribly and came off the pulleys. Belt was installed correctly and all pulleys moved freely. Replaced with an OEM belt and it mowed the remaining ~1.5acres just fine. As it was mentioned elsewhere, this belt is longer (by about an inch) than the OEM GX21833 belt. It feels loose and had a noticeable squeak when engaging the blades. If you're replacing a GX21833 (I'm using a LA145 mower), then probably stay away from this and stick to the OEM John Deere brand. There's a noticeable quality upgrade from this belt to the OEM John Deere belt. This belt has a very soft, flimsy feel to it and you can see how badly it frayed in the attached picture.
