I read many reviews of this product, and I was pretty skeptical. But decided to go for it. Why not try it, as opposed to an ortho consult, or surgery. Certainly a cheaper option. First of all, many reviewers were complaining about the "vibration" being useless, as they expected a rotating massage feature. It is very clear in the description that this massager has "heat" & "vibration". Nowhere does it claim to have ball massage. What it doesn't describe is that the vibration is a pulsating type vibration that actually does feel massage like! The heat, along with that vibrating massage is just fantastic. I really felt hopeless. I couldn't raise my arm above a 90degree angle without significant sharp pain. After using this device for a half an hour 2 evenings in a row I have NO pain in my arm whatsoever! Now, grant it, I knew that I did not have a rotator cuff tear. I did not know what exactly was causing my pain, but I would guess it's arthritis due to my age. Last night I slept on that arm wrong & could barely stand the pain when I got up today. After half an hour of using this device, again I have been pain free all day long. Again, I have to emphasize that I have not seen a medical professional, (although I have been a nurse for 40 years!), but this is SO working for me! It feels just incredible, and leaves me feeling pain free. And the fact that it's cordless so you aren't tethered to one spot made the extra few dollars SO worth it! I highly recommend this device!

heat and message work great. wish it had a memory setting. You have to reset after turning off. After using for awhile, I fine that this device is great, still wish you did not have to reset heat and message each time you turn on.

I like this, it makes the pain in my shoulder from old injuries go away. I read that it was hard to put on, but if you get it on once, you just leave it that way, and slip the strap over your head and under your arm and slide your hand in the shoulder harness. Never a problem. Charge lasts 3,4, 5 LONG uses, because I use it for at least 20 minutes, mostly because I forget it's doing it's thing.

This thing is very hard to adjust for the shoulder., I need help all the time, does the job, but is very inconvenient to put on and adjust

We bought the shoulder heat/message pad to relieve the shoulder and arm pain my wife experienced from a serious fall she experienced. She shattered her shoulder and underwent a reverse shoulder replacement but still experiences pain in her shoulder and down her arm to the elbow. The vibration message has relieved that pain. we strongly recommend.

I got this product because it was described to be good for frozen shoulders. It does nothing of the kind, First of all, it's advertised as having 3 massage settings, low, medium and high. That's not true. The only difference in the massage settings is the rhythm of the vibration. There is a long vibrate which is supposed to be low. There is a continuous short vibration which is the medium; and finally a vibration that is a combination of the first two which I guess is the high setting. They all vibrate with the same intensity. Traditional massaging vibrators increase in intensity at you go up in settings. There are only 2 vibrating units in the device. Both are tiny and in positions that really don't work on the effected muscle. When you put on the "massager" one is positioned between you neck and collar bone; the other is between the side of you shoulder and the back of your shoulder. At least that's how it sits on me when I put it on. The vibrating massage isn't effect at these positions. If you've ever had a frozen shoulder, you know the pain starts in your shoulder blade near the center of your spine, moves into your rotator cup and shoots down your arm. This device have any vibrating mechanism in the back, so you won't be able to work on the source of your pain. There are also no mechanisms in the lower portion of the sleeve to pinpoint lower arm pain. The manufacturer also claims it will work on neck pain. As you can see from the photograph on the product page, the massager does come near your neck. This thing needs a serious redesign. It should have at least 6 vibrating mechanisms; 1 in the front, 1 in the back, 2 on the side and 2 for the lower are region. The only good thing to say about it is that because it's run on a rechargeable battery you can where it anywhere while it's not doing anything for your pain. The heat would be great if the whole device heated up; at least that would be something, but it's limited to the tiny vibrating balls that do thing.

This product is definitely worth the buy. Does everything as listed! And it can be used for either shoulder! Ease to use stays in place very adjustable and you can actually wear it and move around very mobility
