Just got it and tested it. Read almost all 1000 reviews before making a decision. But I'm impulsive and bought it anyways. Fairly decent size. No problems yet. Excited to use more. Just tried Furious 7. Graphics aren't anything fancy, but they're crisp. Audio is good. It has a little weight to it. Packaging was absolutely amazing.

This is a superb dvd player and I was very happy with my purchase UNTIL I used my headphones. I tried three different headphones (Bose, Beats by Dr. Dre, audio-technica) and while I heard the dvd sound (very much in the treble ranges, even on the Movie sound setting), there was an ever present underlying whine. So I tried earbuds, thinking they are less powerful, but no joy. That damn whine is whining and whining no matter what. I suspect the jack/headphones are picking up the dvd spinning mechanism. However, the exterior speakers, the picture quality, and the onboard chip’s ability to adjust to playing dvd’s 4:3 aspect ratio was extremely satisfying and made me very happy. I have a lot of old dvd movies, and I hate it when players, although they can play 4:3 aspect dvd’s, they do so making the picture very very fat, everyone is stretched out sideways looking very very squat. While this player does have a little stretching out of 4:3 aspect dvd’s, it isn’t very noticeable, just a little bit. Customer service is superb, as other reviewers have mentioned. When I received the first player, I complained, and the company sent me a new one immediately. However, the second player, as I mentioned above, had the same issue of loud whining when using headphones in the jack. So. I am extremely disappointed, but given the video quality, and that it plays 4:3 aspect DVD’s with a good enough presentation, I am keeping my purchase. But damn it, the headphone jack sound is important to me, so I intend to keep looking, and I won’t be buying from this company again. You might not care about the headphone issue, and I would recommend this player to those who don’t care about headphone listening. For the price, it is an excellent player otherwise. The picture quality is awesome.

Works well and easy to use. Ease of use is important because I purchased this for my sister with early dementia.

Bought 2 for my kids for Christmas. One would only play trailers and then freeze or black screen every time we tried to play the actual movie. Tried several different movies and eventually it started making a really loud sound and the screen totally glitched out. The second seemed to work ok at first but was pretty noisy throughout playing the movie. My son watched an entire movie and then when my daughter wanted a turn it wouldn't play. Started having the same issues as the first.

It is good but it's Different Company DVD Player I Need only Sony Company DVD Player So I can not Open it 😔

A good solid unit arrived …a small problem with 110 voltage charger …in Australia we need 240 charger…so a refund for $15 was made are arrived in my account…subsequently I ordered 240 volt charger from Amazon and it arrived 16th of October…so all good and I am happy with my purchase…
