I needed a less messy and better way to periodically remove wax buildup from my ears. This device performs well and does so without ANY discomfort. If you have a lot of buildup, use something like Debrox Ear Wax Removal drops to soften the wax for a couple of days before using this device. The wax WILL come out much easier and fully. The included basin to catch the water flow is excellent and prevents the water from running all over you...you stay dry! Using this makes keeping your ears clear very simple to do.

I’ll admi, when I purchased the kit I had low expectations, but so was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to used ( directions were easy to follow)& very effective at clearing my ear wax build up. I just made sure to use warm water and started on lower pressure and gradually built up to the pressure needed.

Very easy to use. Feels nice. Only used it twice so far hopefully it can last a while.

I had an insect flied into my ear yes and for a month I suffered. I felt the insect died because I did not think fast enough to use hydrogen peroxide in my ear so they could crawl out. but the ear was plugged very badly and nothing I did could remedy this. Upon receiving this unit and follow instruction a lot of stuffs came out and I could hear again. I will use this from now on to clean my ears.CAUTION: DO NOT USE COLD WATER- IT MUST BE WARM AS INSTRUCTED. I FORGOT SO THE SECOND TIME I USED IT WITH COLD WATER I GOT VERTIGO FOR AT LEAST 30 MINUTES.

Now I can do simple self care for my ears at home. No more doctor office visits to clear out my ears. The powered cleaner is so much easier than pump cleaners. Great product.

I really like that the instructions were easy to read and it was easy to assemble. Everything that is advertised in the picture came in the package and it worked really well.

I won’t recommend it. I used it once, caused me dizziness, nausea, and feelings I never experienced before, it’s like I don’t know what happened to my body and won’t be surprised if I passed out next second. It’s very strange feeling of losing consciousness of what happened to the body.Besides, I’m not sure it’s my ears are too clean or what? It didn’t wash out anything.
