Very impressed with this product helps with onset of cramp in put it on every day before bed

I often suffer from aching legs so thought this would be good to try. The bottle is easy to spray and I do like the cooling style effect the spray has when first applied. It was quite nice to feel on my aching legs. However after reading the bottle it does state best results in two weeks. I do think that is quite a while to take full effect. I have been applying for about just over a week and so far I just have that nice cooling effect. Which does feel nice but doesn’t really take away any of the achy feelings.Overall I like the cooling effect when first applied, the scent is ok but not the best. In fact my daughter doesn’t like the fragrance at all. Which isn’t great but at least she isn’t the one wearing it. I’m fine with it though. It is also in a handy size bottle so you could carry it around in a bag or backpack etc.

Immediately opened this to try it out and...nada.First off, despite tightening the lid it is leaking everywhere and has ruined my bed sheets. Secondly, it just does not work.Some have commented on the smell - yeah, it's not a pleasant scent but it's also not as though you're slathering on dog mess or something. It's a bit like two day old mint choc chip ice cream swirled with synthetic lavender. That's the best way I can describe it.Does nothing whatsoever for restless legs or indeed anything else that might be a bit on the ouchie side. Invest in some proper magnesium cream from a pharmacy instead, take magnesium supplements, do gentle stretches and soak in a magnesium bath when possible. Those are the four best ways of combatting this kind of pain - take it from someone who has suffered with restless leg syndrome, joint hyper mobility syndrome and fibromyalgia for the last 23 years (that's me, btw).

I tried this item and I had a very bad reaction to it I've had to trow it away incase I used it by mistake

This product is brilliant

Dies actually help with restless legs, no cure but relieves the symptoms.
