it's ok
It's ok, not bad, but definitely not great. What I have a problem with is that:1. There are a few different setups, but you have to disassemble one to build to make a new one. That includes the extension pack. It's time-consuming and inconvenient.2. You can not buy spare parts so that you do not have to disassemble all of it, which is a shame. how hard would it be to sell a package with spare pipes to help you build an extension without removing the old build?

Lack of clarity for installation
The support is working great but I think there’s important notes to make:-You need a tripod converter. We had to rush to a Best Buy to get the pieces for about $100-The setup is complicated. Not only because of clarity of instructions and video (honestly, this is used to make videos and I feel they could’ve had someone better recording), but also because to install the extension kit plus main base you need to constantly get parts from both boxes instead of only using the ones contained in each box. This to say, you need BOTH parts to make it work.Wish I would’ve had more clarity, and also didn’t wait to set it up until the moment it was needed.

Great for work on the go
Super quick setup/teardown, mostly fits in a duffel, and has handled some turbulent transportation without losing any functionality. No issues with my Canon M6 Mk2, fun for food and product photos & vids.

Well Made and Fun to Use
This takes up a decent amount of space, and you will need your own counterbalance to make it work, but once it is set up, you’ll love it. One thing you have to be conscious of, as any photographer knows, is lighting. Be prepared to spend some time getting the lighting right to use this effectively. I found the instructions to be a bit lacking, so it takes some time to work it all out and get it set up the way you like it. I do love that this can be used in so many different ways, and with or without a backdrop. It really is quite versatile, but stationary. I don’t have the extension kit, but it looks like that would add even more versatility to it. I’m no professional, but I would say that if you’re looking for a way to improve your photos and videos, this is a good start.

In love!
The media could not be loaded. This video is not edited so it’s not the greatest but I’m just showing how it does a 360.You’ll need to set up your lighting all around.I can’t wait to play around with this more for product shots.Keep in mind, that you’ll need more space and you’ll need your own weight plate to keep it balanced.

Professional equipment so assembly isn't easy
The media could not be loaded. To be honest, I'm handy, and getting this assembly right wasn't easy at first. Keep in mind, this is pro-grade equipment so be patient with the learning curve. Once assembled, it works amazingly well. Perfect for leveling up your product photography and video production. I will be purchasing more to really get more versatile shots from different angles. Excellent find. 5 star product.

Nice piece of videomaking equipment but there are flaws.
I really like making videos and this can be used for so many different configurations and concepts! It's made for taking a video of an item on the plate in the middle, but I like how it can be used for smooth rotations for filming people or a room as well. It has poles to make a holder to attach a backdrop too. There are some flaws with it... first being it is actually very difficult to put together. For a piece of equipment that is supposed to be configured in different ways, it is very hard to do so. Whenever I unscrew the screws on the middle of it to slide the bar back or forth, the pieces that hold it on fall off. It is very hard to adjust and even the part that holds the camera was very hard to put on to begin with. The plate that holds the item being filmed does not attach too well either which means it vibrates slightly during the rotation. There was a screw to hold it in, but it wouldn't stay in.Another thing is that for the price it should have included EVERYTHING needed to make it work right, like a backdrop, the weights that the instructions mention to get, and a tripod screw converter because the screw on it is 3/8" but every single camera and phone mount I own has the 1/4" hole.It is also a bit bulky but that is workable for me. This spinner is a great idea and I'm sure I will get plenty of use out of it but there are some things that would have made it better.
