this pencil is great for sketching or engineering work i love the weight it has and the quality of the build along with its features and my only thing to complain about is that the cap for the eraser doesn't stay on well but with some bending of the metal on the cap it fits great and doesn't cause issues.

I love all the adjustments this pencil allows for. I was able to dial in things just where I like them -- sure it's gimmicky -- and I thought the same until I tried it-- it's gimmicks work for me. It's also an attractive mechanical pencil and feels like an instrument rather than just a writing device. I have MANY mechanical pencils that I have collected over the years. This one is one oof my favorites to hold and play with as I write or draw. I often change up the pencil I am using for drawing or writing, and I keep coming back to this one. If you collect mechanical pencils, you should get this one. If you have use of it's adjustable features, you should get this one. If you just want a good writer or a good drafting pencil, you can get cheaper pencils that will serve you as well or better than this pencil. But for me--I am very happy to have it in my collection.

A gimmick in almost every sense. Its features are mostly set and forget, you just choose your preference and never use them again. The drawbacks of this are a lot of compromises in comfort and perhaps strength, but aside from that, it is a pleasing pencil to use in most cases, and its all-metal construction is appreciated.

First of all, I use mechanical pencils for drawing and sketching - not so much writing - so my review comes from this angle. Built very reliably, feels very good in your hand, nice knurled grip area. The features I loved are the adjustble tube length (I like em long), the adjustable lead feed amount, and the lead softness indicator label window in the click cap. Very nice. I'm using the 0.5 and love it. Has a pocket clip and enclosed eraser. Could easily be my go-to pencil from now on.

I've been using this for 4 years now, and its still works like new.

I absolutely love this pencil! It feels amazing in the hand, writing with it is amazing. It's a great product and I would recommend it to everyone.

I ordered this pencil because I like heavy pencils and it’s nice and heavy but for some reason the lead would not advance after some moderate use, I would also say that the cap can fall off really easy
