Excellent value for the money.
I don't do much, if any, computer gaming, so I can't speak to this unit's suitability for that purpose. However, I needed a new laptop, and since Windows 11 has a lot of touch screen capability, I decided to give this one a try. I am very happy with the performance of the unit, as well as the upgraded memory and the SSD capacity. It boots up quickly, is faster than my old laptop, and has a lot of useful features out of the box (there's also some bloatware, and an optical drive is lacking, but that's to be expected nowadays). In summary, I am very happy with this purchase, and would recommend it to anyone needing a fast, general-purpose laptop for daily use.

So far so good with the laptop. I am very satisfied with the look and feel of the laptop. I haven't done much with it, but I have experienced no issues so far. It boots quick and setting it up was a breeze. I like Windows 11 although there are a few things with Windows 11 I have to get accustomed to--all minor things.

This is an awesome laptop!
I have now bought two of these Asus laptops, they are great especially with 20GB of RAM and 1TB solid state drive that makes them ultrafast, I highly recommend this laptop!

LOVE ASUS, but not this one
I have an Asus that is about 6 years old and still more exceptional than this product. I can't tell you the tech cost I have spent because of the inability of just "plug and play" capacity with printers, It can't cast to other screens, etc. With my older Asus, I could leave in on and just close the cover and battery life was amazing. Not this one. I have to completely shut it down if I don't have my charging cable with me or I will have NO power within an hour. Very poor battery life. Not to mention my webcam doesn't work and I have had THREE tech people look at I still can't get it to work. The fan is loud and fairly constant. With the cost of this computer and the lack of ease, it would definitely not be a purchase I will make again.

Exactly what I needed
I got this laptop as an upgrade from an HP, and it's safe to say I'm in love! I got the 20gb 1TB laptop and it starts up incredibly fast. I can play minecraft while streaming and there's little to no lag. Perfect for school with a good bit for gaming as well!

Good laptop with bad battery life
I've been using this laptop for a few months now and overall its wonderful. Only issue is the bad battery life. I get about 1.5hrs until it dies...
