The MILD Chi Chi's salsa is chunky and fresh and flavorful and a delight to both those who prefer mild and even those who prefer medium to spicey. The medium is a bit more runny though, but the MILD makes everyone happy. We use it on everything, mix in for a quick guacamole or make it straight with chips or on eggs, mixed in rice and perks up refried beans, or just right with cheese on tortillas. It's mild but flavorful, so even those who prefe medium to mild like it, and it's especially fresh tasting and just chunky enough. We''ve used it as a salad dressing, topped cottage cheese, so many ways, vey happy to get in this large size. The only thing is, IT KEEPS GOING UP IN PRICE. Just a few dollars more ever month (yes we use this big guy up that much) Although the medium isn't too spicy & it's cheaper, it's runnier & just doesn't taste as fresh, so even those who like the medium to hot salsa prefer the mild, it's a hit with everyone in the house and all those who visit,

Chichis makes a great salsa, I do miss their restaurants but at least this is still around. Good for parties

I make salsa that is better than this for my tastebuds, but I buy this stuff or its convenience and decent flavor. I keep it in fridge for months. I open it and keep it even longer. I get a lot of meals out if this. Worth it. It is a bit sweet, but I have a sweet tooth, so I like ir that way.
