First shipment was wrong , I connected the customer service to replace it and this was the only issue .However the machine itself is perfect with high technology features .This machine needs la aundry room or a big space so double check the size of the are that you will put the machine in because it is big

Misleading Title — Auto Open Door Does NOT Exist on This Model
Bought this based on the listing title which explicitly states "Auto Open Door" as a feature. This is false advertising. The machine does NOT have auto door opening — not in any setting, not in any wash program, not anywhere. Check the other reviews; multiple buyers confirm the same thing. The title is blatantly misleading.Beyond the false claim: this machine has broken down twice in six months. For a premium-priced Samsung washer, that is completely unacceptable. The reliability is terrible and the after-sales experience has been a nightmare each time.Save yourself the headache. If auto door open matters to you — this is not the machine. If reliability matters to you — this is also not the machine.

Extremely large drum, reduces the wash cycles required per day. Has Wifi/AI integrated, altho not a real fan. The set container for detergent and softner makes life easy. Automatically detects the amount required reducing the chances or over or under usage.
