Cannot rate the product as I am without any directions on useage. I note similiar products have videos but this does not.

It feels quite nice in my mouth had to cut a piece off the ends to be comfortable, whether it does any good not sure, I still clean my teeth with a brush and use this whilst paste still on teeth, it stops automatically after 45 seconds.
