I was honestly surprised by how effective this was. My child usually wakes up frequently during the night, but after using this, they slept peacefully for at least 3 hours straight. It has made bedtime so much easier and less stressful for both of us. I also noticed my child seemed more relaxed and comfortable overall. I thought this may help me and my lil one get some sleep, I tried the first night, I put it in his milk and with everything crossed it didn't work, tried again the next night but this time gave it to him straight, and again with everything crossed, and it still didn't work. I read the worst reviews on this product and like me, it had the adverse effect on my lil one, some it made very sick or just didn't work. NOT WORTH YOUR £4

This product works really well to help my little one relax and night.We used to have a lot of fidgeting when he eas trying to fall asleep, this has minimised the fidgets.Highly recommend giving it a try.
