Professional Quality Spanish Terracotta Tagine / Tajine - 22cm diameter

Little smaller than I thought. I have a large one at home but we use this on in the motorhome either on the stove or on the morrocan camping stove it's perfect for 2 people.

I bought this smaller tagine, as i live alone, sk perfect size fir 1-2 servings, came with precise pre use instructions to ( cure) your pot, fit perfectly in gas oven, without having to remove the shelf, cooked my Lamb shank tagine to utter perfection.

VERY shallow.22cm tagine will only cook enough for one.Needs constant watching to avoid drying out because it is so shallow.Wasted my money. Need to buy a better designed one.Don't waste yours.

The product arrived in good time however, it is NOT a big tagine a certainly not for a family. The tagine is suitable for two people. The deceiving part is the size stated, you would assume it would be for a family, beware it is SMALL!

It was brilliant! Just the right size I needed for dinner for 2. Sits on stove perfectly and with bit of soak, all bits come of the glaze easy enough. Very glad I didn’t break the bank and found this one. Quality! Great value.
