The media could not be loaded. Wow, what an excellent price paid making this Elikliv 1200 N.m Cordless 1/2 Impact Gun quite a deal. I charged it up and tested it out as soon as I recieved it but one battery has a defect and the charge indicators are always lit The Elikliv 1/2 Impact Gun is otherwise a substantial value with plenty of power and grit.Why HD? - You can tell by the weight and design of the impact gun that it is build for heavy duty applications. With a shorter shaft it should yield plenty of torque. I zipped off 1/2" rusted studs in seconds effortlessly.Say what!?, these sockets have pins. I learned today that the pins secure the sockets in a rudimentary way. I tossed these aside at first simply because I have never used them before. Eureka! I discovered very quickly WHY you want these. The Elikliv 1200 N.m Cordless 1/2 Impact Gun is designed to allows pin use which secure the socket to the 1/2" shaft. No more random disconnest or socket jumps!As mentioned, one battery is defective and there is no other customer service option beyond return. It looks like its on me to obtain the additional battery. The other portion I felt was misleading is the product photos clearly show 21V batteries in the background yet it comes with (2) 18V instead.Important Update: The batteries are able to be opened pretty easily. I was able to cut the (+) wire free and turn out the lights permanently. The battery seems to work okay but now there is no indicator. The red wire was hot from the constant draw which could have led to premature failure or even a fire hazard.

Works perfectly no problems

The battery is completely dead even after a full charge. I contact the seller to explain and he offers me a new battery. A week later I receive a new battery along with a new impact gun , charger and a bag of assorted sockets, adapters, hex, torx, and other assorted bits as well as 1/4” hex drive drill bits and drill bit adapter. I was completely blown away. This guy not only made good on his promise but went way over and beyond. I will recommend him to everyone I can. Customer for life. Very good company with integrity and customer care. Highly recommend.

It is a nice set up on the outside but the inside is not as strong as stated in the description of Amazon, and also Amazon Has received my return and is not returning my money, I have never seen such incompetence in employees who have lied to me in regards to the date, it was receivedin Las Vegas at the processing centeron OCT 18 2024 and no refung, I have been doing business with Amazon for a long time, never has this been done. I am disabled and live on Social security income so this is hurting our family very nbad, 100$ is money we need to survive right now, and they lied on the desciption of the power that this impact wrech suppossedly had. SHAME ON U AMAZON

It works good but. They sent wrong color I was upset when I saw blue ,it was supposed to be PURPLE. That's why I gave 4 stars.

Very strong drill, not a big fan of the battery life it has, but surprisingly my makita batteries fit it and both combined make a damn strong impact wrench, the price was absolutely insane for what I got, but once again the battery…. Not so much had it for about a year now
