As a beginner just starting to get into home fitness training, I think this is a great set of workout equipment to start with!This is the first time I've ordered any products from HAPBEAR and so far, I am very impressed with the quality. The latex fitness bands are incredible durable and easy to work with, especially for someone who’s just getting into a steady workout routine. I especially appreciate the color coding for each band, which helps differentiate the amount of weight and tension each band can handle. The bands are very easy to work with, and I felt like I got a good workout in when I used them the first time!The bands also come with a drawstring bag, which is great for storing your equipment or taking it on the go. The surprise hit for the set, though, was the door anchor! I was a little unsure if the anchor would be able to support my weight for an extended amount of time, and I was very glad to be proven wrong. The door anchor works incredibly well with the bands, allowing for a wider range of exercises to be done.(NOTE: These bands are made with 100% latex, so if you have a latex allergy, this won’t be the product for you.)I also appreciated the included Workout Guide, which was a great starting point for picking which exercises you can use with the equipment. There’s also a breakdown of the products' specifications, including how much weight and tension each band can support, as well as info on how to clean and care for your bands.Overall, I’m very satisfied with my purchase! ^_^

The smallest band is thicker than the smallest Undersun band but that's not an issue. I didn't rate durability because I have only had them a short time. Not too satisfied with Undersun. They seem to wear out very quickly. Even if these wear out as quickly, they are much cheaper to replace. They have a very solid, well-made feel.

These are effective and strong. I started with the bands at the recommendation of my physical therapist. I use these mostly for Spanish squats and go thrusts. Well definitely recommend to add to your TRX bag for travel or deployment.

The smell of latex is strong. Kinda fills up my apartment. To their defense, they've only been out of the packaging for about 3 hours. Hopefully the smell goes away in a couple of days. With that being said, if you're new to resistance bands, start off light because it's kind of awkward to get the grip right. One tip is to keep your core tight so you don't lose balance or lose form during your workouts. Cheers!Update: it's been over a week. The smell has dissipated and the smell is no longer around. The elasticity of these bands are quite impressive. The black band is great for assisted pull ups even when stretching over your foot.

Great set of bands, better quality than others I had in the past. No band goes unused. No funny odors, reasonable price.

Just started exercising and chose to go with resistance bands because I really don’t have time or the money for gyms. I found some videos on you tube that helped make my decision for these. These seem to be of good quality and they have given me some good workouts so far. They are rubber so we will see how the hold up. Keep them clean and off ruff surfaces and they should hold up fine.

For your home gym there is nothing like these ones. The choice of resistance is great, the quality is very good and they come in a bag for transport. I picked up 2 and cannot be happier with my gym now. I purchased some wall hooks too, to use them as clamping points. It works like the real gym, but in the garage.Totally recommended, you cannot go wrong here.

Excellente qualité et super pratique pour emporter partout !J'avais peur qu'il ne suffise pas et qui n'y ait pas assez de poids mais en fait cela suffisait largement, le dernier élastique est même vachement robuste. Je mets au défis ceux qui veulent s'entraîner avec 😂

Llevo un día y medio con ellos, tienen muy buena pinta y parecen de una calidad mayor a lo que me he encontrado hasta ahora, buena resistencia y con los niveles muy ajustados para un trabajo progresivo. Los usaremos y en unos meses vuelvo a escribir la reseña💪
