Useful addition to the Bread Proofer
I ordered the shelf kit when I ordered the bread proofer, not knowing if I would actually need it but I'm glad I did! For the times when I want to make two trays of buns this doubles up the space with plenty of room for the bread rise.

I love the Brod and Taylor Proofer and being able to double the shelf space with this easy to set-up add on is great.

Adds extra space to an already good product. A bit fiddly to use. Items on the bottom rise quicker than the items on the shelf so need to keep switching between shelves.

Fantastic bread proofer
I use this proofer for defrosting, making kefir and proofing sourdough bread. Yes, it’s flimsy but I use it every day and wouldn’t be without my proofer now!

Ein Zusatzgitter was ich nicht mehr missen möchte
Das Zusatzgitter-Set ist wie erwartet sehr praktisch. Brot und Brötchen können optimal auskühlen. Hier macht backen Spass, da man die Beine nach Gebrauch einfach wegklappen kann und das Gitter platzsparend verstauen kann ist wirklich entspannend und macht zusätzlich Freude. Es ist sehr praktisch, besonders wenn man nur eine kleine Küche hat. Eine klare Kaufempfehlung von mir.

Accessoires pour chambre de pousse
Grâce à ces accessoires ingénieux, on multiplie par deux la surface de la chambre et c'est vraiment pratique quand on veut réaliser un beau volume de pain en une fois.

Where have you been!!
I have had the bread proofed for 5 years and was always trying to stagger and stack a second pan when making cinnamon buns but the bottom tray always ended up getting squished then I found this second shelf and holy cow has it ever made life so much easier!!

This Brod and Taylor Accessory Shelf is perfect! Well built, very functional and easy to use. the second I unpacked it and both saw and felt the quality, and saw the detailed design of the folding legs, I was extremely and 100% pleased. The legs are designed to allow plenty of room for the pan that set's below the top shelf, and where the legs hinge to close, there are very slight ''catches" that help to hold them in place when closed. the material and finish is as good as it gets. I highly recommend the Brod and Taylor Accessory Shelf with Folding Legs for Folding Proofer & Slow Cooker, along with all the other Brod and Taylor products I own. Very well thought out, engineered and constructed, and of course professionally functional.

Second tier for my Proofer
Haven't used it yet - but I'm sure it will come in handy when I make more than one bread - OR when I make yogourt! It did arrive quickly and with with no issue!
