I’m very happy with this HP laptop. It’s lightweight, easy to use, and works great for everyday tasks, studying, and work. The screen looks clear, and the laptop has been performing smoothly. It’s a great value for the price and I would definitely recommend it. Five stars!

Update: Dec 11, 2023. I had purchased two of these and one decided to lock-up after one month with very little use. I couldn't even get it to boot...it would freeze during the Bios. I thought that I would take a chance and contact the company that sold it through Amazon. To my surprise, they were just excellent. There were no excuses or accusations that I had done something wrong. They asked me to ship it back to them and they emailed me a shipping label. They stayed in touch with me once they received it and had it back to me within three weeks. It's working fine now and my original profile was still on it. In a day with terrible service, it's very refreshing to find a company that stands behind what they sell and do everything possible to make the customer happy. I don't need to buy computers often, but when I do, I'll be sure to buy one from them. Thanks. I finally needed a laptop for travel as I'm really a desktop guy. I've worked with laptops for work, but haven't owned one myself in a long time. I purchased this one for the price point and the specs (especially the 16 GB of RAM). The computer arrived quickly and the computer has been working fine. It doesn't respond like it has 16GB of RAM, but it is still fast enough. I mostly work with online applications and streaming video and it works fine. I don't really have anything negative to say about it, especially at the $260 price range.

Lite weight , easy to set up and use! Love it

Had the computer 4 months, didn't go fancy because it only needs to open Word, Excell and email. Left it on the coffee table after writing a up a meeting agenda on Word. Opened it on Monday but the computer screen was blank. It was plugged in. No one was home all weekend so it wasn't like it was dropped and magically put on the table. Took it to a local shop to see what was wrong, it only has about 30 documents added to it so it wasn't a lot. I don't play video games or download photos. They said it was updating Bios and lost power while the computer was closed. Odd because I had powered it down on Friday knowing it was going to sit all weekend. They checked with HP and the warranty expired Oct 2023. But I bought is new Sept of 2024. This makes no sense. Absolute junk from HP and worse customer service. I'm out $300 and my computer. Also can't return it because past the return date with Amazon.

Not fast will not connect to HP printer that usually works

Mine bricked when it tried to restart after a windows 11 update. I tried several things that various groups suggested. I went to the HP website, and put in my serial number. After trying various things suggested by the virtual assistant, it offered to have me buy a support package, or continue trying on my own. I continued on my own. The next thing it suggested worked! Here's the instructions: Many HP computers have an HP BIOS Restore tool to recover the BIOS from an earlier version and restore basic functionality. This tool might or might not work depending on many factors and depending on if the hard drive remains functional, but it is worth trying in the event the BIOS has become corrupted. You can also recover the BIOS using an external storage device. Turn off the computer, then connect the power cord into a power source. With the computer off, press and hold the Windows logo key and the B key at the same time. Still pressing those keys, press and hold down the Power button for no longer than 2 to 3 seconds, then release the Power button but continue to hold the Windows and B keys until the BIOS update screen displays or until you hear a beeping sound (usually 8 beeps). The power LED light remains on, and the screen remains blank for about 40 seconds before anything displays. You might hear beeping sounds. Eventually, an HP BIOS Update screen displays and the BIOS update begins automatically.

Purchased for my 8yr old son and turned out to be a very nice buy for the price. I would recommend this for a starter laptop!

very nice laptop. It is small just perfect for crafting. I have not had a chance to use much but so far it seams to be the perfect match
