When you get this product, and upload their app, it repeatedly says “we don’t save any of your private material ever“ or something to that effect… over and over again.Product instructions are terrible, and online help is worse.It did not work as advertised. It did not copy the photos. I asked to be copied.I became suspicious that this is simply a ruse to steal private information.When I used the app to delete and clean all information from the USB stick to return it, I then examined the stick contents on a different computer and found that it had all my information still on it. (the app said that 100% of copied material had been removed) I cleaned it again.I’d advise against buying this product.

Annoying because for some reason it won’t download all at once, I can only move over photos in a batch of 100 at a time or else it doesn’t save. it’s time consuming because I have 4k+ photos… not sure if it’s a product defect since most of the reviews didn’t seem to have this issue.

Al momento de abrir el sobre, donde se encontraba el contenido del envío, me encontré con la sorpresa de que uno de los sellos de seguridad del USG Flash Drive se encontraba roto, por lo que no entiendo por qué motivo pudo ocurrir eso.Saludos y bendiciones

Works great after learning the app. One improvement would be to have bidirectional file transfer so you can add to the iPhone as well as storing files. Satisfied with the unit.

I ordered 6 of these for stocking stuffers for my adult children over Christmas. They arrived quickly and wasy to use on both iPhone and Android phones. No regrets!
