Good quality!
Always arrives ahead of estimated delivery times. It is a little more expensive than some of the other sellers products but far better quality. I found the cheaper brands had an unpleasant smell and contained more crumbled pellets than formed. Inbetween substrate changes, at a glance i can tell if the Vivarium needs a quick clean up where the Tortoise has urinated because the pellet crumbles when wet. Not so easy to spot from cheaper brands selling mostly crumbled pellets. Worth the extra for the quality you are getting.

The product is good quality and good value for money. The seller let me down however so wouldn't purchase of them again.

This is pellets, not loose straw.
Very disappointed - even though it is described as straw bedding, it is not straw, but pellets and therefore not suitable for hibernating my tortoise which is why I bought it. There's a huge photo of a tortoise filling the photo (that'll teach me to read the description more carefully) and the description as 'straw bedding' meant I didn't look further. Lesson learned. My disappointment is compounded by the fact that I have to pay nearly £3 postage to return the item for a refund for the balance. Won't be buying from here again.
