Excellent, really works..

I use these as an alternative to an expensive product that contains lactoferrin aimed to strengthen immunity.

Very good in regulating the level of iron and also I saw some improvements in my skin condition.

I think my much improved immunity is thanks to this product. I haven't been sick this winter. The softgels seem big, but at the same time they are easy to swallow

Have been using and may be helping me to sleep. Need more time.
