Affordable T20 Walking Treadmill

The media could not be loaded. What an amazing compact, sturdy treadmill! I am totally impressed. I have been looking for something like for so long. I didn't want a huge treadmill. I just wanted one with a smaller profile that I could use at home. Finally, the perfect one came along. What do we all fear the most? Assembly! No worries! I assembled this myself with no help. It took me about 45 minutes. Directions are well written and very easy. Everything you need comes to you labeled and you don't even need any tools. That alone is a win win. I love the control panel. It is user friendly and very easy to use. You can select what you want to do - time and speed or select a preprogrammed workout of your own. I am currently working my own program trying to rehab my leg, so I am not able to try the pre-programmed workouts yet. It does not have an incline, just a flat surface. It does have the safety cod for automatic shutoff in the event of a fall. This treadmill provides you with an excellent opportunity to take that walk right at home with no excuses. Although I think this treadmill is good for almost anyone, it would make a great gift for an aging parent. Maybe they can't get out for that walk on these bitter cold snowy days. Now they have an opportunity to get moving right at home while their soup is cooking. At home with the littles? Can't take them all out in. A stroller? Don't let the weather stop you from getting your workout in! This is perfect for so many people. My husband refers to the bigger treadmills as "cars". They take up a lot of room. Ours fits nicely in an extra office in our home. Excellent pricepoint. Excellent value. Very sturdy.

Arrived on time. Even though it was packaged well, there was a small crack in the housing which does not affect the performance.Fairly easy to assemble but instructions on adjusting are somewhat vague.Seems to work well although I haven't figured out how I can walk 30 minutes @ 2.5 mph and the reading says I have walked 2 miles??? Obviously something is not accurate with the speed/time/calories. That's not a huge problem for me as I am mostly concerned with the amount of time and not distance walked. Like the fact that it is fairly small and doesn't take up lots of room. On the other hand, since it is small, anyone over about 200# needs something bigger. Seems sturdy enough for me. Overall, satisfied so far.

I love this treadmill... perfect for my use and the small size is great. It worked perfectly for a time and then about four minutes along it started having a major lag / slow down while it is running. It slows enough that I stumbled and almost fell. Looked through the manual that came with it and did everything I could find to no avail. Could not find a phone number for the company, so emailed them through their website. A representative replied quite promptly and I was emailed a document showing some wiring connections to check. My nephew, who is very handy, helped me and we could not find any problem with the connections. Next, I was asked to video the treadmill so the representative could see/hear what was going on. Of course, then the treadmill worked fine. Then, I didn't use it for about a month because of a foot problem and when I started walking on the treadmill again the lag / slow down started again. I emailed the representative that had helped me and got no response. Then I emailed the company through their website again and got no response. Can not find a phone number for the company anywhere. The representative that helped me had included his phone number, so I called him. Very nice person. Stated he no longer is doing customer service and had forwarded my email to the correct parties and was surprised no one had contacted me. He said he would forward my concerns. Still no response and the representative I have contact information for is no longer answering the phone when I call. Thankfully, I purchased the 3 year protection plan (which I normally don't do), so I will be trying that to get the treadmill fixed. I really want to use it. But, I cannot recommend this company at all.
