Can I use this with a powerline?

why am i only getting 100mbps on this when it advertises 300mbps, my provider gives me 350 i had this speed before, ive also upgraded to cat7 cable

It only has 10/100 Ethernet ports not gigabit which is what you need to look for with internet speeds 100+

As i would not be buying this from my Internet provider, how would they know i was using it in order to charge me for doing so, and why ?

They can't charge you for something that they didn't provide for you

Does it come with power transformer with uk plug or with european plug and uk adapter?
