These blow up neck pillow has been so useful. I inflate it to the size I need to put behind my lower back for support when sitting in chairs, taxi, plane or public transport. I deflate it and carry it in my large coat pocket or bag. It has spared me much pain as it supports a spinal issue I’ve developed. I also use sit on it beneath me if seats are tilted backwards to angle my hips so my bottom isn’t lower than my knees. Try it if you have lower back issues as you can inflate it to fit as needed and deflate to pack or carry. Tip. Tuck in your belt or clothing when travelling so it’s not packed out of reach!

Very comfortable on long haul flight to Japan. Easy to inflate and deflate.

Supports the head pretty well not so much from falling forward. Still didn't sleep on a 10 hour night flight.

Much more comfortable than other inflatable pillows but still packs up nice and small. I also ordered the regular Cabeau pillows but they are quite bulky to pack and I actually preferred this one. It is good for smaller people I think and even works for my 10 year old son so suitable for a child. I do wish they had a larger area for the strap to velcro onto to provide more adjustability but the ability to strap it closed makes it much more supportive than a standard u shaped pillow and it also comes up higher at the side than my old budget one.

It’s a great concept, but it pushes your head forward. I really couldn’t use it, it was so uncomfortable.

I do not sleep on planes. At least, I didn't before this neck pillow! But I recently needed to do a transcontinental redeye flight from US east coast to west coast, and back again, and this was a life saver. I'm sure I looked funny on the plane with my blanket, neck pillow, eye mask, N95 face mask, and ear buds, but I left the plane *without* a migraine so I'm happy. Normal neck pillows are never tall enough for my neck, but this one is the perfect height. The valve also makes it easy to inflate in the air, and easy to adjust the pressure while you're seated. I would fill it full of air, put it on, and let air out until it was comfortable & gave me the exact support I needed. It's a great design and great value, and is a high quality product! The little bag is also a great boost, as it lets you pack it very neatly.
