Easy to use for a beginner
Nice product, nice packaging, and easy to use. Just saturate the surface with liquid, let it sink in. Leaves a lovely warm honey color on the wood after three coats. The wood looks natural, not varnished.I've not tested the water resistance of the table yet.Following recommendations from others online, I wiped off the excess after about 15 mins. In my experience, the wipe-off stage was necessary. I skipped it after my first use, and that turned out to be a rooky mistake, the stain was a little blotchy in parts. But I lightly sanded the surface again, and now it looks lovely.The blotchiness might also have been because I had not sanded my surface enough before applying the oil, don't think that it will smooth out all the imperfections in color. I recommend passing a wet cloth on the surface to check if the wood is uneven before applying.Hope this helps! I'm ordering the oil again to treat my chairs!

Nice product
Smells great, smooth to apply, dries quickly, semi-satin finish. Quite expensive if using on floors rather than smaller items of furniture, for which I could recommend it.

I use this oil often, no problems with it, but allow to dry between coats. Does darken the wood

Great finishing for wood
It gives a very nice touch and colour to wooden surfaces. I asked it for my walnut tabletops and was happy with the result.

Needs more guidance and instructions
Seems to be good but more info needed regarding application, suitable surfaces, drying time and expected results. After four applications over three days worktop looks good and has a shine but is tacky - no guidance as to if this is normal or needs polishing somehow - as gently wiping with a dry cloth seems to take the shine off. Feels like it is more of a soft varnish - will know more in the coming days!
