Lincoln K5334-1 Portable Welding Table Folding Workbench 21" x 44"

The Lincoln portable welding table is made of 12-gauge steel, which is much thicker than other tables I've seen. It is sturdy and well designed and finished with no sharp edges. The holes are 16mm (0.63-inches) which is slightly larger than 5/8-inches (.625-inches). The table is rated for 500-lbs even though other similar tables having the same type of legs are rated at much higher weights. Maybe Lincoln is just being conservative? At any rate, it supports more than enough weight for my needs. The powder-coated legs are very adjustable and steady and fold smoothly out of the way for storage. Four separate locking pins are included as an extra safeguard for ensuring that the legs can't accidentally collapse. At first I was skeptical about whether the 4-section top would be flat and strong enough. However, there are offset edges and reinforcing rails along with many small nuts and bolts that give it sufficient strength and flatness. This table should be assembled on a flat surface. Time and patience are required but the instructions are good. There are optional wheels available for this table, which I think should have been included. They are excellent and highly recommended. Storage: This is not a light-weight table that you can easily hang on a wall, despite what some of the videos I've seen demonstrate. A person of average strength would struggle to lift it up (especially if fitted with those optional wheels.) I solved this difficulty by using ratchetting hold-down straps attached to wall hooks to lift and lower the stored table. This Lincoln portable welding table is very well engineered and is of high quality.

Face it, Welders are very demanding. They have to be because they know what works and what doesn’t … and they’ve got NO tolerance for things that don’t. After all, if things don’t work, the tradesperson doesn’t earn a living. So, when I considered this table for my welder son, I immediately approached it with the bar set high. Upon receipt I knew something was special because the delivery guy told me, on my porch, that “This thing is heavy!” I got it indoors where I planned to assemble it (so it would be all ready for Christmas, saving my son the trouble of doing it himself) and began unpacking it. It is impressively well packed - a far cry from many other product vendors. It was so well packed that not a single part was missing or damaged. The instructions were very clear and everything fit together easily and solidly. I proceeded to put it completely together without having to retrace my steps or scratch my head over something that went awry. It was a very efficient and fast assembly. You will need a good amount of space to put it together, and I recommend a large strong table top for the first few steps (to help you get the table top planar). It looks great, is very strong, and works exactly like it should. I weld a (very) little and can easily see that this table is excellent. I am 100% sure that my son will not baby it - it will end up in and out of the back of his truck. It will be rolled across outdoor and indoor work sites. And. Because it is so well made, it will become a part of his mobile welding repertoire. I also bought him a few complimentary parts to use with the table (dogs, clamps, etc.) to be sure he has what he needs. What a great product. Well conceived, well designed, and well constructed. I’m proud to give it to him. This is going to be a fun Christmas!

A good solid welding table. I would have given it five stars except the surface is not completely flat. Probably as close to flat as could be expected from a table top made out of four separate pieces. Perhaps if I were to loosen all the screws again and try to level everything and retighten, it might improve. However, for the projects I'll be welding I don't think it will make any real difference. . I really like the way it folds up and the adjustable height legs.

Very impressed with this portable welding table. Not going to be mistahen for a "fabrication" table but plenty of holes for fab tools to ensure straight & minimal warpage during use. Good sturdy table for welding & able to accommodate use of plasma cutters & oxy acetylene cutting . Adjustable legs help with uneven out in the field. The accessory wheel kit makes this heavy weld table very portable. While it's not "flat" is certainly close if built on good surface. Easy to build and easy to shim & adjust if needed. Only gripe is handle does not seem to "fit" in any offered holes. If your looking for a good portable weld table you can't go wrong with Lincoln Electric Portable Weld Table

Not a expert on welding tables, bought mine more as a portable work area. The main reason I purchased this brand is that it had the lowest setting to the floor. Well designed, heavy, adjustable, portable and it stores well.

Not good as a work bench. Unnecessarily heavy for a table that is not solid. It will not fall down but top moves around when using a saw and router.

This is a high-quality table that is easy to assemble. The adjustable height folding legs make it quick to set up. I have limited work space, so it is perfect for me to bring out, set up, then return to storage when done.
